Privacy policy

This page explains what personal data we process when you write to us or call, why we do it, and what your rights are. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019.

Who processes the data

What data and why

• From the contact form: name, email, selected service and your message. We use them to reply and to discuss a potential project. The legal basis is steps taken before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• From email and phone: whatever you choose to tell us, for the same purpose and on the same legal basis.
• When we work together: data needed for the contract and invoicing. We keep invoicing data for as long as accounting and tax laws require.

How long we keep it

If we don’t end up working together, we delete enquiry data no later than one year after our last contact. Contract and invoice data is kept for as long as the law requires.

Who we share it with

• Formspree, Inc. (USA), which processes messages sent through the contact form and delivers them to us by email.
• Our hosting provider and Cloudflare, Inc., which delivers the website.
• Our accountant, if we sign a contract.

We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The demos on the website (equipment tracking, spreadsheet preview, calculator) run only in your browser and send us nothing.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data, and to object to processing. Just email [email protected]. If you believe we’re mishandling your data, you can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz) or to the supervisory authority in your country.
